Resep Kue Kastengel dengan Bahan 1 Kg

Berikut adalah resep cara membuat kue kastengel yang renyah dan gurih dengan bahan 1 kg:

Bahan:

  • 500 gram tepung terigu protein rendah
  • 400 gram mentega tawar
  • 150 gram keju cheddar parut
  • 3 butir kuning telur
  • 1 butir telur utuh
  • 1/2 sendok teh merica bubuk
  • 1/2 sendok teh garam
  • 1 sendok teh baking powder

Langkah-langkah:

  1. Campurkan tepung terigu, merica bubuk, garam, dan baking powder dalam wadah besar, aduk rata menggunakan spatula.
  2. Tambahkan mentega tawar yang sudah dipotong-potong kecil, aduk rata menggunakan mixer dengan kecepatan rendah hingga adonan berbutir-butir.
  3. Tambahkan kuning telur satu per satu sambil diaduk rata hingga adonan kastengel tercampur sempurna.
  4. Tambahkan keju cheddar parut, aduk rata kembali hingga tercampur merata.
  5. Diamkan adonan selama 30 menit supaya adonan mengembang dan bisa dibentuk.
  6. Panaskan oven dengan suhu 160°C.
  7. Ambil adonan dengan sendok atau cetakan kastengel, bentuk sesuai selera dan letakkan di atas loyang yang sudah diolesi dengan margarin atau menggunakan kertas roti.
  8. Kocok lepas satu butir telur, olesi bagian atas kastengel dengan kuning telur menggunakan kuas.
  9. Panggang kue di dalam oven selama 25-30 menit hingga matang dan berwarna kekuningan.
  10. Setelah matang, dinginkan kue kastengel sejenak sebelum diangkat dari loyang dan siap disajikan.
